As his 90-day visit to our Wat Lao Buddhavong temple draws to a close, the Venerable Bounmy will respectfully depart for Thailand on May 19.
Under the guidance of the Sangha and the Board of Directors of Wat Lao Buddhavong, we respectfully invite all Lao Buddhist families, friends, and honored guests to join us in making merit, offering alms, listening to a Dhamma sermon in the morning, and sharing lunch together before the blessing ceremony begins.
This ceremony will offer blessings and auspicious wishes to our respected senior monk, Venerable Bounmy Kittithammavanno, for a safe, comfortable, and peaceful return journey to Thailand.
We are deeply grateful for Venerable Bounmy’s visit, kindness, and compassion, which have brought great joy and spiritual encouragement to our community.
Wat Lao Buddhavong will always remain a warm and familiar home for Venerable Bounmy, and we look forward to his return as he continues to bless and guide the Lao Buddhist community in the future.
