Why Volunteer at WLB?
Volunteering is a meaningful way to serve others, deepen your spirituality, and build a strong sense of community. It allows you to contribute to sacred traditions, support temple activities, and help those in need. Through service, you develop valuable skills, strengthen your faith, and form lasting connections with fellow devotees.
Additionally, volunteering is an opportunity to practice selflessness and devotion, embodying the values of compassion, humility, and service. It helps sustain the temple as a spiritual and cultural center while also uplifting the broader community. Whether through organizing events, assisting with rituals, or supporting charitable initiatives, every act of service brings positive change and reflects the templeโs teachings. “Let’s Shape Our Future Together!” Your service today helps create a stronger, more united community for generations to come.
All WLB volunteers, including members of the Board of Directors, are required to sign the Confidentiality Agreement and Acceptance of Volunteer Role upon accepting a volunteer position at WLB.
